COLLECTION & APPOINTMENT


 

We offer complimentary Click & Collect from our headquarters in Birmingham, UK. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection. If you have any specific requirements for your collection, please contact our customer service team - +44 (0) 121 582 5888 - during working hours.

We also offer the option to view items in person. Once your item is ready, you’re welcome to book a personalised appointment with one of our Client Advisors.

You can book an appointment at our headquarters in Birmingham by contacting our customer service team - info@kym.com - who will be happy to assist you in scheduling a visit.

 




 

Important Note:

 

- Weekends are not included in the service days and not classed as working days for deliveries.

- Delivery times will be affected by bank holidays & national holidays.

- KYM is not liable for delays in orders because of custom clearance issues at destination.

- To collect your order you will need to show your confirmation email, and a form of ID (passport, driver's licence, or bank card).

 





RETURNS


Online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are unused, in original condition, and returned with all KYM tags and packaging intact.

We cannot accept returns of used items, or KYM tags have been removed or broken. To request a return, email info@kym.com with your order details.

We recommend visiting our store to view items in person before purchasing, or contacting our team at info@kym.com for more details.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Sale items can be returned for store credit only if requested within 3 days of delivery.

 




STORE CREDIT RETURN PROCESS

Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

PREPARE

 

Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, with any original tags, packaging, and accessories included.


Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

SHIP

 

KYM does not provide pre-paid return labels.

We recommend using a recognised, trackable courier to return your item safely. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit.

STORE CREDIT

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Your store credit will be applied to your account and will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been applied.




Please note that all items are non-refundable. We encourage you to visit our store in person to view items before making a purchase, or

contact our customer service team at info@kym.com for more information about any item you're interested in.
