Unlike a traditional marketplace, KYM is a curated luxury boutique. Every item is personally sourced, inspected, and authenticated by our in-house specialists before it reaches our showroom or online customers. That rigorous standard of care is the foundation of everything we do.

Absolutely. Every item we sell undergoes a rigorous multi-point authentication process carried out by our in-house specialists. We verify construction, hardware, stitching, leather, date codes, heat stamps and provenance. We guarantee the authenticity of every item in our inventory — and we stand behind that guarantee fully.
Can I sell or consign my designer items? +
Yes. We buy pre-owned luxury items directly — handbags, ready-to-wear, shoes, accessories and watches. You can request an instant quote online or visit us in store. We offer competitive, market-led pricing with instant cash payment. There is never any obligation to accept our offer.
What condition are KYM pieces in? +
We use a transparent condition grading system across all listings — from Pristine (unworn or like-new) through to Good (well-loved with honest wear). Every condition is documented in writing and photography. We don't hide imperfections — they're reflected honestly in both description and price.
Where are KYM's stores? +
Our flagship store is at 299 Oxford Street, London W1C 2DZ, open Monday–Saturday 10am–7pm and Sunday 10am–5pm. Our Birmingham office is at 85–87 Cornwall Street, B3 3BY, open Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm. We also have a Paris store at 11 Rue du Havre, 75008 Paris, open Monday–Friday 10am–6:30pm.
Does KYM offer repair and restoration? +
Yes. Our repair and restoration service covers hardware polishing, leather conditioning, structural repairs, relining, cleaning and handle replacement. We work with pre-owned pieces from our inventory and customer-owned items brought in for care.
