What is an Authenticity Card?
Every item includes a KYM authenticity card, proof it passed our strict multi-point checks by both in-house experts and trusted third-party specialists. Every detail, from stitching to serial numbers, is verified to brand standards.
How The Process Works
Each item undergoes a thorough, step-by-step evaluation carried out by our in-house trained specialists in collaboration with a trusted third-party authentication expert.
What we check!
◘ Stitching: symmetry, spacing, colour
◘ Structure: shape & proportions
◘ Logos: placement, sharpness
◘ Hardware: zippers, codes, branding
◘ Interior: material, finishing
◘ Serial Numbers: brand checks
What if it's not Authentic?
If an item is flagged as Fake, we take the following steps:
◘ A second in-depth authentication will be conducted
◘ If the item is confirmed again as fake, the sale will be paused and we will contact the customer directly
◘ A handling and authentication fee will be applied, and the item will need to be collected or shipped back at the customer’s expense
